Orders placed before 4 PM EST usually ship same day (weekends, holidays and major sales excluded). The Sherpa Pullover Company is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier. For time sensitive packages, please keep in mind holidays, major sales, & extreme or unsafe weather. Shipping Fees are nonrefundable. A shipping address may not be changed after the package has left our facility. All outgoing orders leave from: 1015-A Collier Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
SHIPPING METHODS: The day an order ships counts as day "0". The days provided represent the days provided by the USPS. They represent the normal amount of time the mail carrier takes to deliver an item once it has shipped.
- USPS First Class Mail | Offered FREE on all orders. Once processed, orders typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
- Orders Over $150 | Orders over $150 are offered Free 2-3 Day USPS Priority Shipping. Once processed, orders usually arrive between 2-3 business days. A day an order ships counts as day 0.
- USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping $9.95 | For orders under $150, customers have the option to upgrade to USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping. Once shipped, orders usually arrive between 2-3 days. A day an order ships counts as day 0.
- UPS Next Day Air $35 | SATURDAY Delivery NOT GUARANTEED. All orders must be placed before 4PM on a weekday for same day processing. All orders placed after 4PM on a Friday, will ship the following business day. For Saturday delivery, please contact customer service before placing your order. UPS will NOT ship to a P.O BOX.
After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. If you have questions regarding your tracking, or your tracking has not updated within 2 weeks from the last scanned date, please contact us at email@example.com.
The Sherpa Pullover Co. is not responsible for items stolen from a customer's property after it has been delivered to the address provided. If you wish for a package to be shipped signature required, please let us know either prior to placing the order or immediately after.
MISSING OR LOST MAIL:
If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or carrier and provide them w/ the tracking number. Request a Case Number for your call. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered” with your Case Number at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Sherpa Pullover Co. will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date and will not take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.
This policy is listed on our website at all times. By submitting an order with The Sherpa Pullover Company, customers agree to all terms and policies.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a return exchange or store credit. They are yours to keep. Final Sale items are marked FINAL SALE in the product title.
- Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 1.5% transaction fee assessed at the time of cancellation.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if they wish to return an item from an order. For the most cost efficient option, we recommend USPS First Class or 2-3 Day Priority Mail (Not Priority Express) but we also accept UPS and Fedex so customers are welcome to use whichever is most convenient.
- Returns will not be processed without meeting all criteria listed on RA form.
- Returns will not be processed without proof of delivery to our facility. Please keep a copy of the mail issued tracking number for your return label until your return is processed in your personal files.
Refund: Item must be received within 45 days of original order date. Refunds do not include shipping fees. All refunds will be provided to the original form of payment only. If the payment is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued. No exceptions will be made.
Exchange: Item must be received within 60 days of the original order date. Item must be of equal or lower value. Customers are responsible for return postage to return item to the facility. Sherpa Pullover will then pay to have the exchange shipped out once. After an item is exchanged once, it may be returned a second time for a store credit only.
Store Credit: Item must be received within 90 days of original order date. Store Credit does not include shipping fees.
Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed
DEFECTIVE / MISSING ITEMS:
Sherpa Pullover must be notified of defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of email to email@example.com identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. You will be asked to provide a clear photo and the items must be unworn and unwashed. Any defective, worn, or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed. No exceptions will be made.
For incorrectly shipped items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive.
2021 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Begins October 26, 2021. Customers who order on or after October 26th will be able to return items up till January 10th for a refund (final sale are not returnable or exchangeable). All orders received after January 10th will be subjected to our regular deadlines above. No exceptions will be made on packages received by our staff after the 10th.
